The application provides an extract of information on executions from the official register of CEE executions or from the Central Register of Executions. It is a database which is administered by the Bailiffs Chamber of the Czech Republic, in accordance with the statutory authorization of the given provision of Section 125 of Act No. 120/2001 Coll. Based on the decree issued by the Ministry of Justice No. 329/2009 Coll. all queries to this official database are charged.The official database contains in particular a list of debtors who have been ordered to be executed in accordance with the Execution Rules. The entries in this register of debtors contain a wide range of information, written directly from the individual executors who have been authorized by the state to carry out the ordered execution.Searches in the CEE Debtor Register can be performed in three ways: 1) by name, surname and date of birth, 2) by birth number (RC) or 3) by ID number. Any record or list of executions can be searched for any person.The whole process of searching in the register begins by entering information about the person being examined. After paying the mandatory fee, we will make a paid query to the database of the CEE debtor register. We will clearly display all the obtained results and allow you to export the results to a PDF file.The whole search process is purely anonymous.
